medical related question
I have a question regarding the medical requirements for China. I am writing on behalf of a friend who is interested in adopting. It was my understanding that they would need a doctor to sign some kind of good health certification. Yet, their agency is looking for them to sign a general release, allowing the agency to obtain any and all information regarding medical conditions. It seems to me that this may be an agency requirement, rather than a country requirement. Does anybody know what China requires, specifically? Also, I am assuming this is a country requirement, as opposed to a state requirement.
