I was born Nicholas Scott Baron at Lewis Memorial Hospital (closed 1958) in Chicago on 1-9-57. Records indicate my Birthmothers name was Pat Baron, she claimed to be 19 years old at the time of my birth, and her DOB is 10-16-1937. She was of English and Italian decent, 5ft. 2inches tall and 140#. Her Mothers name was Mary (who died 1 year previous to my birth) and fathers name was Sam. My Birthmother claimed to be an only child. She worked as a waitess in Chicago possilby the South Shore area.

The only thing I know about my Birth father is he was 23 year old steelworker of Scottish decent, His first name may have been William. The agency that handled the adoption was Catholic Charities in Chicago.

It is possible some of this information my be incorrect, possibly she used and alias. I have spent several years searching without much luck.
