My husband and I hope to adopt a child from the Ukraine. We live near Knoxville, TN.

For those of you who adopted internationally, do you remember what you answered for question 14 in the I-600A form?

14. Will the child come to the US for adoption after compliance with the preadoption requirements, if any, of the state of proposed residence?

Yes or No

I hear the answer is state dependent...
