do I pay if I am adopting a special needs children from the US into canada?
We are looking in to adopting a special needs child from the US. However I do not see anywhere if the US is the same as Canada in that here we have all the costs paid for by our Ministry. Is it the same there?? What WOULD we have to pay if anything.
Please help I am getting frustrated in finding this answer.
