Hello... We are new to the adoption option and within 2 weeks of telling people we were looking into adoption we have found a 2 year old girl that the mother would like to place with us by way of designated adoption. We are totally unsure where to start, and would love any recommendations. The options between agencies and county seem confusing
not to mention the cost differences. The ** also wants the child placed quickly so this all comes into play? Any suggestions or advice would be so so so appreciated. THANKS!!
