The children ARE eligible for adoption subsidy. Don't let the worker tell you differently. Is finances the only thing keeping you from adopting all the kids together? You would be getting close to $1600 per month, more if the kids are receiving more in foster care, also if their parents are receiving any kind of welfare, the kids will receive IV-E benefits.
