Very true...the homeland security issue has effected the wait because more people are being printed.
In my experience, it has not mattered whether inkless cards were used. In Alaska, the state contracted with Inkless fingerprinting and it made no difference as the prints still have to go to the FBI for processing.
Hopefully there are or will be quicker ways to get the results.
