fingerprints
We are in NC adopting from Arkansas. We went to get our fingerprints done with the cards sent to us by our attorney. We were told there they should have sent us 2 cards for each parent. Is this true? Next he did not fill any of the information in except our driver's license number. Do I need to fill out our address, height, weight, etc before sending in? Next he messed up on the driver's license number and put a white out strip over and rewrote the number, is this still legal?
