My husband got sole custody of his daughter, which he needs to adopt and do a name change on because the mother had put no ones name of fathers on the birth certificate, and had the childs name as her husbands, not the fathers, but he has back child support. Does he have to pay it all if now he has the child? Also if he does the full adoption will he still have to pay? Not worried about paying, just seeing.
