Actually you'll probably need three...Ohio Attorney for you (to handle TPR and that end of ICPC), atty for pbparents, and your AZ atty (other end of ICPC, finalization). This will ensure that everything is handled appropriately, and that ICPC will (hopefully) go smoothly.
Ryan's bparents didn't feel a need to have their own representation, we asked them to 'humor us', they did, all was fine.
