Your homestudy from your state should suffice, but I believe it is up to each state individually what, if any, additional documentation they may need.

Putting in the interest forms (in my opinion) are not very helpful because they are too slow. Also, I do not get a lot of response from them. Your best option is to call them directly. If you are interested in a younger child, contact them quickly. The SWs get inundated with homestudies and sometimes make the cut-off date for acceptance shorter.
