I spoke with our worker, she has made several information requests to the Ohio worker and received nothing in return.
The worker says he has ADHD, bedwetting and is in special education classes. That's all.
My CW is asking for a copy of his IEP, psych evals, family history and foster parent reports from the last year. I think that sounds reasonable.
Unless Ohio is willing to give us this information we will walk away.
