Bethany Christian didn't have any problems sending homestudies out of state....UMFS didn't send any homestudy unless the sending state was willing to pay purchase of services up front even though I had paid for my homestudy and was willing to pay for placement visit, etc...
Also, so states do not tend to place out of state. Missouri and Oregon are supposed to be good to work with. Missouri was way better then Virginia..
