My foster son has a high I.Q. he talks really well. I know that there were not any structure in the family. He was mainly raised by his 12 year old sister. I do not want to start any mediciation. I was hoping that there are other ways to make him understand that he can not do body harm to his 2 year old sister. He really gets upset when we have to supervise everything. I know that I have a long way to go, but thank you for the help and the support. He also uses bad language that he does not want to stop. I just feel that he is always in trouble for not listening, TIME OUT only goes so far. I really thank all the advice that I can get
