Please read that for advice on counseling. :-) It seems you have the basic requirements to parent the second child, but only you and your fiancee can decide what is best for your child and you in the long term. Long term is the key to your decision. After you get the counseling and have time to think it through, the right answer will come to you.
Either path will be difficult in the short term, but focus on the long term. :-)
