Our Columbia Adoptions counselor even met us at the hospital (our daugher had several children's hospital appts the first few years) for one of our follow ups. He was definitely there afterwards! He also handles special needs adoptions and is able to get the same children that DHS can get placed. The State reimburses the costs there too.
