I saw your message and I'm from Canada, live here and would be glad to help in return for anyone's assistance for informations from Ohio's newspapers or hospitals. I have a brother that was born in Ottawa & his adoption was finalized in Ohio state. I am new to this and I have some Identifying information on the familly but have no clue as to where to start my search for the information I need.
