Costa Rica Adoptions now open to US
I just read on rainbow kids that Costa Rica is now open to the US for adoption.

Jan 2009 started Ethiopia Adoption
March received I71-H transfer to Ethiopia
April 2nd formally accepted referral of 5 1/2yr old precious boy!
May 15th - passed court!!
June 13th - ours forever!!
June20th - HOME!!
