we do have an attorney we have as of today so far spent 12000 dollars. i spoke with our attorney and he says missouri doesnt recognize de facto parent but he had filed 3rd party custody i guess kind of the same thing idk. it all confuses me. thank you for the advise. we are still fighting hard. its just draining and i am so worried about abby. thanks again for your help
