You can take the classes in any county in Ohio, only extra thing is your counties policies and practices that you would need to take. However, other counties give priority to people fostering for their county. Look for surrounding counties schedules. I am through a private agency and needed extra hours to be a therapeutic foster care provider, so I took some at a neighboring county.
