We did Port, we did exactly that. And we kind of hugged him but didn't take him out, he's still in crib btw. He went down after ten minutes and was much more calm.
Thanks for responding. It's just so weird. He'll be 2 in a few weeks btw, i know you guys Fran and Port know that but from the way I wrote OP it looks like he's 15 months.
I also sometimes think he's hyperactive and that it's hard to "feel the love" at fifty miles an hour! It might have been partly that before and now he's more verbal etc. more in control somehow. (Though that's relative!)
