I have a question regarding these forms. First I was wondering if they needed to be altered at all to fit our oown situation. For instance, I was never married to my sons father so on the ORIGINAL PETITON FOR TERMINATION it states something about no other court proceedings excpet when granted a divorce. Does that need to be taken out, or just ignored? Also, does the state of Texas update forms frequently or will these forms be sufficient? Thanks in advance for any responses!
