You need to talk to a lawyer asap. Only a lawyer will be able to really help you unless you have some legal document that gives you custody of the child from birth. It sounds like you can file de facto parent if you have truly had the child since birth. Most communities have a legal aid society which can provide low cost or no cost legal advice. We have one in our county(Texas) that meets once a month to see clients for free and direct them.
