having a hard time need support

A little background... My mom, who is unmarried, on disability, and welfare, found out on Jan 9th 2007 that she was preganent. I am 31 years old have been married for 12 years to a wonderful husband. I found out long ago I was unable to have children. When my mom found out about her preganancy, she called me and said that god had answered my prayers and that this baby was meant for us. My husband and I went to all the dr. appointment with her. on Aug. 9, 2007 Our beautiful baby girl was born we named her Abigail after my mom. she was in th NICU for 6 days before we could bring her home. She came home with us on Aug 15 2007. it was by far the happiest day of our lives. Shortly after my husband lost his job so we couldnt afford the adoption right then, my mom always told us not to worry she would never take her away. we got back on our feet and just recently filed the adoption. Things have fell apart my mom has now decided against the adoption and has lied about us ever having her, even with all of the proof that we have. we have not seen our precious little girl in over a month. we have now filed gaurionship paper and are fighting a contested adoption. my hope is not gone yet but the courts are so much for the bmom that its hard to keep hope. can anyone give me any insite to how to get my little girl back, i am not to up on the law, i am trying to read everything i can but it is so confusing.
