Milk Donation while on Domperidone?
Hey all,
Anyone know of any place that'll accept breast milk donations while you're on domperidone? I've been on it for a few months, and pumping, and I'm up to 10-12oz/day. While I'm excited to be making so much, my poor freezer is getting a bit full. And we aren't even matched yet! We were active with one agency and expecting an "any minute" call then nothing ended up happening, we're now active with agency number 2 and are expecting it to be anytime from next week to next year (sigh) though they're getting lots of last minute placements so I'm going to keep at it and hope it's sooner rather than later.
In the meantime, we're running out of space and I don't want to dump this much milk if I can help it. The local milk bank won't take it because of the domperidone. Is there anything else I can try? Have y'all donated milk during the wait? TIA!
