Thank you all for your responses. We spoke to the social worker and she said that as long as we could provide for the child we need not worry. Unfortunetly, my son doesn't qualify for AAP or any benfits because he is a voluntary relinquishement. So as soon as we sign the adoption papers he will be cut off. Not sure why the rules are that way you would think that all children comming through the systemwould qualify but they don't.

Matched on May 5th to a 3 1/2 month old healthy baby boy. Officially in our home on May 15th!
