I'm new to this but could use some advice. My husband and I have just started researching adoption agencies. There are so many, I'm not sure where to begin. We live in Illinois (not sure if that matters) but I could really use some advice and any great adoption agencies out there! Please PM with any useful info...which agencies were good, which were bad, fees, etc. Thanks...it's greatly appreciated!
