Chinese visas
I received this information today.
Obviously, CCAA is going to refer children as they decide to, but it doesn't look like getting a visa for the child to travel back to the US is going to be difficult any longer due to swine flu.
So, maybe this is a sign that the referrals will start being more regular than they have been in the past couple of months.

Dear International Traveler,
The Chinese Embassy and Consulates, because of the Swine Flu, slowed down visa processing in the past several weeks. We are happy to announce that they are back to normal processing speed. We can again obtain Chinese visas as quickly as Same Day.
Please be advised that you need to apply in your jurisdiction according to where you reside. For your convenience, our new site dedicated to Chinese Visas will direct you to our nearest Visa Center.

Happy Traveling!
