If you were supposed to meet your granddaughter tomorrow, I think you should call her mom tonight and politely ask if the plans are still on. After all, you need to plan your day. Perhaps she just forgot to call you. If she is canceling the meeting, then she also needs to let you know. If you feel too uncomfortable calling, then maybe you can email her through facebook; however, there's a chance you may not get an answer tonight if she doesn't check her email daily. Good luck! I would try not to worry too much at this point; there could be a very good reason why she hasn't called.
