I very much agree with hml. The agency may have been and still be fabulous, but check into recent travelers.
We are on our second adoption with the same agency. We love them, and are with the same coordinator. The process is just soooooo different now.
We still talked with people recently home in order to confirm their overseas experience was good.
Waiting to travel for #2!!!
