I am looking for my birth parents that may possibly be in the New Castle area. My name before I was adopted was Phillip Larry Anderson. I lived in a foster home for some time before we moved to Missouri where at age six I was adopted. I also have a brother that was adopted to another family. His name was Michael. I think he is about three years younger then I. I am the oldest. Michael was adopted shortly after birth. However, I am not sure when he was adopted. My adoptive parents wanted me to stay in touch with Michael. Nevertheless, apparently his did not because his adoptive parents closed and sealed their address.

I do not want or need anything. I have learned to live on my own. However, there is that thought in the back of my mind I cannot seem to let go. At least just once, I would like to meet my biological father and mother. Not to mention my brother.
