I love twists! They are easy to put in. East to take out. But they don't last as long as braids. And they leave beautiful ringlets in my daughter's hair when first taken out -- and that lasts for about 1 hour until my rough and tumble girl begins to look a little like a wild woman.

I started doing the mini box braids on my daughter's hair on Sunday. She fell asleep before I was done with the first braid. She looked like a bobble head while I tried to finish the first row before putting her to bed. So she has a large puff and 4 tiny tiny box braids right now. Hoping to do more braids tonight -- been in court all week so far so have not had the energy to do braiding at night.
