Here's the non-identifying information I have from Catholic Charities:

Born 3/29/09 to 16 year-old mother of Armenian descent. She was short (approx. 5'1"), brown hair, brown eyes. She hid her pregnancy from her family/mother. Her father died in the year before I was born. Born at home, then taken to Everett Hospital in Everett, Mass. where given up for adoption through Catholic Charities of Boston. Father was of Irish descent. Cared for in foster home until adoption finalized in June of 1970. Adopted by Baptist preacher and wife, and raised in Franklin, Mass.
