We're still in the middle of the ICPC process to get our adopted daughter's biological sibling from TX.. Our ICPC homestudy just got back to our home county today and it's now just a matter of getting it sent back thru the system
I did talk to our state ICPC office & they are perfectly willing to accept (and send) via fax/email! It was even his suggestion at hurrying things along-- why no one told me this earlier or just did it on their own I have no clue..
We were really hoping to have her here by now but I guess I'll just hold out hope she gets here before school starts & be happy if it's sooner
