Hello! I am new to the forums, but have been poking around quite a bit. I have noticed that many countries place age requirements on both spouses. Are there any that allow one spouse to be under 25? We are a young military couple.
My husband recently turned 24, and I am 20 but we would really love to adopt. We have no children of our own yet, and have been married 2 years. We discussed the matter extensivley, and we know this is what we want to do. We are open to either gender, and would be more than willing to adopt a special needs child (within a range of 'needs'). We realistically know what we feel we can and can not handle. We would really love to stick with an asian country. Any thoughts, would be wonderful.
