Question about Foster/Adopt
Hi,
New to this forum and arena of adoption as well. I saw a child on a CA photolisting yesterday (8 year old girl) available for adoption. We do not have homestudy or any agency at this point. She is also in a different county then where we live. Is it possible to adopt out of county? Also, is there any chance to adopt a child when you are not "paper ready"?
