Congrats on obtaining Non-ID info. Does MN (assuming that's where your adoption occured) have a mutual consent registry?

I took a look at MN Dept of Health, regarding original birth certificate, and after having a laugh at how many times adoptees are refered to as "child" was dismayed on the birth parent veto system in place. Have you attempted to obtain your OBC yet? If so, to what outcome?

Tracing siblings (another assumption here, as you'd refered to your brother as bio) can prove more frustrating than tracing birth parents.

Non-ID info is one piece (and IMHO there to placate adoptees, while generally not proving terribly usefull) of information in the search. I'd recommend reading Shea Grimm's Search Series if you haven't already. If nothing else, it may give you ideas on the next steps in your search.
