If I am understanding our place in the process correctly
we have been matched and selected. We are waiting on the kids "package". After we read that and approve, we fly to meet them 2x before bringing them home. I am not sure where the ICPC falls into that senario. It is April now; told we would have the kids info end April/early May and would then make travel arrangements for June.
