I do think the idea of wanting to adopt twins sounds weird and though I'm not familiar with international adoption, I would think it would sound weird to a caseworker. It feels kinda like the red flag a day care provider would send up when I regulated day care as they said they wanted to open a day care "because they just loved kids".
I would really think about why you're set on twins. I can see wanting to keep a sibling group together and that may cover twins but why do they have to be twins? Just my thoughts. . . and thinking about it may help you expain it to the social worker.
Then again, new science has begun allowing birth parents to pick and choose the genetic features of babies before they're born.
