I know this is extreme for some people but I only use organic products and foods when caring for my infants. Even if the parents don't use it at home I just don't feel comfortable bombarding their little bodies with all the chemicals that are found in typical infant products. This also includes organic cotton sheets (which are fantastic for allergies) and organic formula.
As they get older I stick with organic milk but I ease up on other organic products. I'm really strict with all organic for all kids under 12 months though.
