It is normal...
That feeling in the groin area is normal. When I had DS 18 years ago and I first nursed him I remembered that feeling and to be quite honest, was a little more than disturbed about it. Now that I am a Labor and Delivery nurse and help moms with breastfeeding I have heard it more than once. It is just your body reacting to the nipple stimulation. It is normal and doesn't mean anything sexually is wrong with you or that you are "weird" I hope that helps.
