Facts remain though trying to encourage people to ring this or that Orphanage only adds fuel to ignorant people that dont know the correct and proper channels.
My aim is to Educate, so not really mind how old this blog is, this is still up to date news what I have mentioned, as Still about Adoption.
I also notice tis person never got back either ?? so what happen to their inquiry, um. Like I and other know, no one can sort cut these complex procedures.
PS: also about this person thoughts if you are Chilean...
It would be the "ideal" situation "if all" children from their "own Culture" would make the best parents even if not within a blood related family... facts remain on this as well, just to many children to Adopt and not even people from their same cultures, or own country that every can.
Also it is the ablity to be able to parent a child in all its Full sense is not judged on being from one race or another, or rather than just culture alone, does not mean a child will be proctected loved and cared for any more.
But emotional stability and other factors must meet SENAME requirements.
It is a shame all countries cannot meet their own childrens needs, but if it werent for Kind, Loving accepting Generous non- judgmental couples , children would be forever left in Orphanages on in the streets any where. ( Chile seems to have a far better Human system simply because they may be able to afford to, where as they don't just toss the children out when their get to be 18 yrs old rather they can continue their care and Education to a certain extent, ( Places Russia . Africa cant also do this)
Language issue:
Though would like to add, SENAME does require people to have a grasp of the Spanish language,, this perhaps goes with out saying to be able to communicate and keep some identity. Also its good to seek support net work of friends that are at least Chilean.
Its families for Children the Hague and most countries try to work on, (not simply providing babies for couples)
But guess most people understand this.
