Also their is mention here about passing on Orphanages details , their would be no advantage in doing this.
As no one can try to short cut any official Adoption process buy trying to call a Orphanage this cannot be done. ALL have to go through there own Social worker to be approved first then papers are verified/ notified. check and recheck through all the departments necessary by SENAME first.
No one can simply walk in and get information from a Orphanage.. all have to grown through the proper and legal channels first.
So Yes the Hague is for the protection against trafficking children, thus all inquires MUST go through SENAME first.
All Adoptions are done through SENAME as they are the only ones that hold and can give out any fact to people that have already been accepted to be able to Adopt. then its done through a social worker then to that couple that will be Adopting.
So why are not people here advising the first person to ask these question to go through SENAME first? its is misleading and unwise to advise any other way.
