I'm in Oregon and although technically you can do both, they frown on it and really want you to do one or the other. There are other ways to make money. If you make crafts, you can sell them online. Or you can go to yard sales and try to sell you finds on eBay. Good luck!

Happy foster mom to 1 baby: Frank the Tank, age 10 mon (placed 6/17/09, RU set for Feb. 2010)
