Oh man, I know that is so frustrating. I really hope things start happening for you soon. I was licensed during the summer months and the people in the licensing department were on vacation!
It took several weeks to finally be licensed and it drove me nuts. BUT four days after I was licensed I got the fall for my son. He was only two weeks old and waiting in the hospital for a home.
I hope you get a placement quickly once everything is done!
