My friend recently got pregnant. I have been told that I have a low probability to concieve. She has offered Me the chance for adopting her child. I am scared in a way because I don't know what I should expect to pay if anything. I also don't want to be hurt if she decides to keep the child once she gives birth. I just need an opinion on where I should go from here.
