We never had any problems about blood, mostly because once the adoption is final it is out of their hands. Until then , if ever there is a medical emergency we are to call 911 then the agency (foster care gvt system) and since they are the Gvt authorities, although we would strongly request they seek alternatives if ever necessary we are resolved in our conscience that the child is not ours until the courts say so, so legally the guardians make the decisions in that case it would be the agency.
there is a webslite Noblood.org i think. They have dctors and nurses there that discuss stuff and is helpful.
but for somereason they always feel that Ped.s are different.
