Child will not speak in orphanage
Has anyone adopted or known someone who has adopted a child that is extremely quiet in her orphanage? The agency says she speaks to her friends quite well, but is extremely quiet with all adults, even the care givers. Is this normal? I would think something is wrong, but they said she does communicate and play with friends....
