You can go under google search, you will find some great resources they. I wrote paper on kids aging out of the system. My view as an intern some kids dont know what is available to them, so these kids need to be educated on what resources they have. It is sometimes not the resources neither it is the lack of community- based efforeds to help these kids, but I think I'm not telling you anything new. Good luck !!!!!!!!!!!
