Hi all sorry i haven't been here. been really busy just had our third an final child this last Nov.17 2008 another boy. yes i had my tubes tied. Now i'm all for getting on track with getting in shape an losing weight. my current weight is 204lb. an my goal is 130lb. i'm writing every single thing i eat an drink down finally!!! been putting it off for a long time now.i really don't have a date that i'd like to obtain this goal i'm just taking it one day at a time.now i need to get out an exercise!!!!which i still have'nt been doing i've been sitting here at the computer playing games instead of exercising.
i guess i need a drill sergeant to kick me into shape.LOL!!!!!hope to hear from everyone.
